'Aliens: Bug Hunt' brings 18 brand-new stories from Alien universe

In Aliens: Bug Hunt, eighteen brand new Xenomorph-themed stories – all exclusive to this compilation – feature the Colonial Marines engaged in a never-ending bloody conflict with the Aliens – an undertaking that Corporal Hicks from the original Aliens film calls a ‘bug hunt’. The individual stories in the collection, set during the events of all four Alien films and assembled by Jonathan Maberry – well-known anthology editor and five-times Bram Stoker Award-winning author, will follow the Colonial Marines on their perilous missions into deep unforgiving space, to strange alien worlds, to derelict space settlements, even into the very heart of reeking Alien hives teeming with the universe’s most dangerous creatures.

The anthology collects the following original stories from the Aliens expanded universe:

 ● Chance Encounter by Paul Kupperberg

 ● Reaper by Dan Abnett

 ● Broken by Rachel Caine

 ● Reclamation by Yvonne Navarro

 ● Blowback by Christopher Golden

 ● Exterminators by Matt Forbeck
